Corporate responsibility

We want our business to be the first and natural choice for customers and investors. This means we must provide the right products at the right price and relentlessly pursue superior service and accessibility for our customers. Also, we must live our strong values, provide clear leadership and act responsibly at all times.

We publish an annual Corporate Responsibility Review* and a more detailed Corporate Responsibility Report* in which we discuss the main social and environmental issues that affect our business. These  include information on our commitment to reducing our total carbon emissions by 30% by 2012 and achieving carbon neutrality.

Information on our employee policies, including human rights and health and safety.

Community
Information on our community investment policies.  This includes the work of the four independent Lloyds TSB Foundations, covering England and Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. Lloyds TSB Foundations focus on grassroots giving, supporting local charities.
