Fixed Rate Mortgages

Stick to a budget. You choose the rate and the period you pay it for – 2, 3, 5 or 7 years. During these years you’ll always pay the same no matter what happens to interest rates generally. Early Repayment Charges apply during the fixed rate period. A product fee may also be payable.

Your rate follows the Bank of England base rate

Tracker Mortgage

With our Tracker mortgages, the rate of interest you pay swiftly responds to the ups and downs of the Bank of England base rate. At the end of the tracker period the rate you pay will change to our standard variable mortgage rate for the remainder of the term of the mortgage. This rate could be higher than the tracker rate which you had been paying. Early Repayment Charges apply during the tracker period. A product fee may also be payable.
