With our Tracker mortgages, the rate of interest you pay swiftly responds to the ups and downs of the Bank of England base rate. At the end of the tracker period the rate you pay will change to our standard variable mortgage rate for the remainder of the term of the mortgage. This rate could be higher than the tracker rate which you had been paying.
