This address can also be used to pay cheques into your account by post with a completed Bank Giro Credit slip. For your security, please don’t send us cash by post. Please note that we are not responsible if we do not get the payment, so we recommend that you keep a note of what you’ve sent to us in case of any subsequent queries.

Have you received a suspicious email?

Lloyds TSB may send you emails from time to time. We will never send an email asking for your security information or logon details, or direct you to a web page that asks for this information.

If you have received an email that appears to be from Lloyds TSB and you suspect it could be fraudulent, please forward a copy to

If you are moving home

If you are moving home, you can download a change of address form * and send it completed to Lloyds TSB, Box 1, BX1 1LT or else drop into your branch to have your address updated in real time.
