Important information about the Lloyds TSB Airmiles Duo Credit Card account offer
Lloyds TSB is a responsible lender and we only want you to borrow what you can afford and in a way that is best for you. If you’d like to talk to us about the choices you’ve made or would like advice we will be happy to refer you a member of staff that will be able to help you. They will also be able to help you if you’re experiencing financial difficulties.
The issue of a credit card depends on our assessment of your circumstances. You must be 18 or over to apply. Terms and conditions apply to all Lloyds TSB credit card benefits. Full details will be sent with your card.
Information about Balance Transfers:
Balances must be transferred from non-Lloyds TSB group credit cards or store cards within 6 weeks of account opening. Minimum balance transfer is £100 and is subject to your credit limit. Your monthly payments will pay off your interest, charges and if relevant, Payment Protection Premiums first. After this we put the rest of your payments to promotional balances at 0%, followed by other promotional balances (see section 6 of customer conditions for further details of payment allocation). This means that your balances on lower rates such as balance transfers are paid off before higher rate balances.
After the introductory period has ended balance transfers will be charged at the standard rate for purchases. Introductory balance transfer offers are available to new Lloyds TSB credit card customers only.
Information about Purchases:
Interest free period on purchases is up to 56 days if the full balance is paid off by the due date on both the previous and the latest statements.
Information about Fraud loss:
You are not liable if someone uses your card account without your or an additional cardholder’s consent. But: You and additional cardholders must take all reasonable measures to protect cards and PINs. You should never disclose your PIN, not even to Lloyds TSB staff or the police. You can give suppliers your card details (but not PINs) and won’t be liable if they misuse them. If you’ve given someone else your card details you are liable for all transactions unless you have told us first they are not authorised.
