Shop online in safety

As long as you take some basic security precautions, you’ll be protected against fraud loss when you use your Lloyds TSB credit card on the Internet1. We can even show you how to spot attempted fraud and scams before they catch you out.

Lloyds TSB ClickSafe gives you even more security when you shop on the Internet. You can set up a personal password for purchases so you’ll be absolutely certain that only you can shop using your card online. Find out more and register your card.

Pay regular bills with your card

As well as your shopping, you can also pay regular bills for things like your TV, Internet and mobile phone direct from your Lloyds TSB credit card account. Just contact your supplier with your card details and you’ll never have to worry about missing important payments.

Add an additional cardholder for free

Add a partner, family member, or even a close friend to your Lloyds TSB credit card account. It’s quick and simple to arrange and completely free of charge2.

Get up to 56 days of interest free credit3

If money’s a bit tight this month you can use your Lloyds TSB credit card to spread the load.  Make sure you pay your bill in full by the due date and you’ll benefit from up to 56 days of interest free credit on purchases.

Pay your bill by monthly Direct Debit

Set up a monthly Direct Debit to your credit card account and we’ll take the money automatically.  That way you’ll never have to worry about making your payments on time and can still make extra payments whenever you want.

Rely on us to monitor for fraud

We automatically monitor your account for transactions that might suggest you’ve been a victim of fraud. If anything suspicious crops up we’ll give you a quick call and put things right as soon as possible4.

You can call us or use our Internet Banking 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to manage your account. Whether you want to check your balance, make a payment or manage any other aspect of your account we’re here to help.

 
  1. You are not liable if someone uses your card account without your or an additional cardholder’s consent. But, you and additional cardholders must take all reasonable measures to protect cards and PINs. You should never disclose your PIN, not even to Lloyds TSB staff or the police. You can give suppliers your card details (but not PINs) and won’t be liable if they misuse them. If you’ve given someone else your card details you are liable for all transactions unless you have first told us they are not authorised.
  2. Additional cardholders must be aged 18 or over.
  3. Providing you make full payment by the payment date. There is no interest-free period for balance transfers, cash withdrawals or credit card cheques. Some customers may only receive 46 days interest-free credit.  Advance cardholders do not receive an interest-free period on purchases.

  5. A fee of 2.95% is added to the currency conversion when you use your card abroad.
