With Lloyds TSB Payment Protection Cover, if the unexpected does happen you’ll be secure in knowing that your financial commitments to your Lloyds TSB credit card will be covered in the event of an accident, sickness or unemployment.

Our benefits of Payment Protection Cover:
- Accident or sickness – covering your payments if you are unable to work because you have an accident or if you become sick, including non-pre-existing back and mental illnesses.
- Unemployment – covering your payments if you become unemployed through no fault of your own. We can even cover you if you are self employed.
- Carer cover – you’re covered if you voluntarily leave work to become a full time carer for your spouse, parents or children.
- Hospitalisation –if you are in hospital for 5 days or more, you can focus on recovering while we cover your payments.
- Life cover – if you or an additional cardholder dies, Payment Protection Cover will immediately repay the full outstanding balance, up to a maximum of £20,000 for the life of the policy.
Eligibility for Payment Protection Cover benefits varies depending upon your age and employment status.

Our Payment Protection Cover has a low monthly fee – only 79p a month for every £100 of your balance covered.

If you are an existing customer – just give us a call on 0845 606 2172 (or for Premier card customers 0845 8502 602). Or, if you’re registered for Internet Banking, log in and select the ‘Payment Protection’ dropdown option next to your card in the account list.
