Standard features on all our accounts

  • Free Mobile Banking including Weekly Balance Alerts and Overseas Transaction Alerts. You need to register. Terms and conditions apply. We don't charge for Mobile Banking but your mobile operator may charge for some services, so please check this with them.
  • Vantage - add competitive tiered interest rates to your Classic or Added Value Account for free.
  • £10 overdraft buffer. No overdraft fees or interest to pay if you go overdrawn (either Planned or Unplanned) by less than £10. The overdraft buffer is in addition to any interest and fee-free overdraft limit that you may have as part of your Added Value Account, Student or Graduate Account.
  • Grace period if you go over your limit. You’ll have until 3:30pm (UK time) to pay in enough money to avoid any overdraft fees you may incur on that day. The money needs to be immediately available to use, so you could transfer money from another personal account you have with us via Mobile Banking, Internet Banking or telephone banking or pay in cash over the counter in branch.
  • Save the Change™ - we’re the only UK bank to offer Save the Change® - a unique way to save every time you use your Lloyds TSB Visa debit card when your account is in credit.

Switching to us

Switching bank accounts can be daunting, but we’re here to make the move to us as simple as possible. All our accounts come packed with great benefits such as Free Mobile Banking*, commission free Travel money and grace period if you slip overdrawn.

You'll have until 3:30pm the same day to pay in enough money to cover your payments and avoid overdraft fees.

* We don't charge you for Mobile Banking, but your mobile phone operator may charge for some services. Please check with them.
