Airport Meet and Greet service

If you have a Platinum or Premier account and book your international travel and airport car parking through the Lloyds TSB AIRMILES Travel Service, you can request our airport Meet and Greet service upgrade.

How it works

  • Request your airport Meet and Greet service upgrade voucher when you book your travel arrangements (including airport car parking and a package holiday, charter flight or international flight with accommodation/car hire) – letting us know which airport you require the voucher for. You’ll pay the lowest applicable car parking cost for the date and duration requested.
  • When you arrive at the airport terminal, present your voucher and hand your keys to the driver who will take your car to the car park.
  •  When you return, they’ll be waiting at the terminal with your car.
  • They’ll hand you the keys and you can be on your way in minutes.

There are nine airports where this service is currently available:

  • Birmingham
  • Bristol
  • Edinburgh
  • Exeter
  • Gatwick
  • Heathrow
  • Manchester
  • Newcastle
  • Stansted

Platinum customers can take either the airport lounge access or the airport Meet and Greet service upgrade. Premier customers can take both.

How do I book?

To book your trip and airport Meet and Greet service upgrade, call your Lloyds TSB Travel Service:

Platinum Travel Service: 08458 50 53 00
Premier Travel Service: 08456 04 04 40

8am – 8pm Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm on Saturday or 10am – 4pm Sunday.
