Cover yourself against worry and hassle. As a Silver, Gold, Platinum or Premier customer you get the reassurance of Sentinel Card Protection free. It’s one of the best card cover schemes around, and puts a dedicated and professional team on your side if your cards go missing.

 

Sentinel® Card Protection will:

  • notify your card issuers right away and arrange replacements,
  • cover you against fraudulent use - if lost or stolen cards are reported within 24 hours of discovering them missing, we will cover up to £1,500 for the period before we were contacted and up to £75,000 from then on,
  • protect the registered cards of other members of your household,
  • provide a cash advance of up to £1,000 in the UK, subject to approval
  • provide a £1,000 cash advance if your cards are lost or stolen whilst you’re abroad, subject to approval
  • provide a £3,000 cash advance to help pay hotel bills if you’re stranded overseas, subject to approval
  • provide a £3,000 cash advance to cover lost tickets and travel documents,
  • Security Protected Key and Luggage tags to help you recover your personal items if they are lost or stolen, subject to approval,
  • pay £100 towards finding medical assistance if you fall ill abroad.
