  Making a claim could not be easier. All you need to do is telephone the dedicated claims team. If you would like claim for travel delay, make a claim online. If you are abroad and in need of assistance then please contact our 24 hour assistance helpline.

• Switch your bank account to us – If you have an account with another bank, we can transfer all your direct debits, standing orders, and incoming payments including salary to your new Silver account. All you need to do is fill in a simple form and send it back to us.
