Graduate Gold account - worldwide travel insurance
Wherever you travel in the world, your free travel insurance goes with you.
The cover protects both you and your partner for as long as your
Graduate Gold account is active. Apart from the reassurance you’ll enjoy, you’re also getting a good deal, as this cover is worth up to £161 a year.*
Worldwide travel insurance cover includes:
- advice before you travel – help with visa requirements, required innoculations, time differences, opening hours, motoring restrictions,
- help while you’re away - including replacing medicines, tracing lost luggage, transferring emergency funds,
- cancellation or curtailment - unused travel and accommodation if you have to cancel or cut short your holiday: up to £5,000,
- medical expenses - treatment while abroad, cost of returning home and emergency dental treatment: up to £5,000,000,
- personal accident - in the event of death, disablement or loss of your limbs: up to £30,000,
- personal possessions - if your luggage is stolen: up to £1,500,
- legal advice – up to £25,000 to cover your own legal costs and expenses,
- personal liability - against legal claims for damage or injury
to others: up to £2,000,000, - hospital benefit - £25 for each 24 hours any insured person spends in hospital abroad: up to £250,
- departure delay (over 12 hours) - £20 per insured person,
for each subsequent full 12 hour delay: up to £100.

Need more information?
There is no need to renew your insurance each year because as long as you remain a Graduate Gold account holder you will always be covered. You’ll find full terms and conditions in your policy document in your Graduate Gold account pack.
If you need to make a claim on your policy the excess fee is usually £40 per person but, if you choose to pay our excess waiver fee of £15 a year, we won’t charge you an excess if you claim. If you’d like to extend your cover, you can do it easily by paying a little extra. For details, see our
