Online Statements

• View your statements (as far back as 1 July 2002) by logging on to Internet Banking and clicking on your account name.
• Want to view your latest transactions on top or at the bottom of your statement? Click on the green triangle displayed next to the “Date” field on your statement to flip the order.

• View, search, print and download your statements with the tools displayed on the screen.

For further convenience when on the move, you can also sign up for our free Text alerts service and have your weekly balance and up to six last transactions sent directly to your mobile phone.

Switching to paperless current account statements and managing your statements online is easy and convenient.

Why go paperless?

• Reduce the amount of post you receive
• Cut down on filing
• Order paper statements online for free whenever you want

If you change your mind, simply turn them back on again.

And you can:

• Search your online statements by date, amount or payment type
• View, download and print your statements as far back as July 2002
  

Simply log on to Internet Banking and choose ‘Start/stop paper statements’ from the accounts tools section on the right of the page.

You can’t stop credit card paper statements but you can view, print and download statement entries for the current month and previous three months.

You also can’t stop mortgage paper statements but you can view and print your transaction summary for the previous 12 months.

We’ve improved the printer friendly statement in Internet banking.

• Based on your feedback, the statement now prints on less paper
• And we’ve updated the layout to make it simpler and quicker to view key information. 
  

To print your statement use the printer friendly option at the bottom of your statement not the print function in your browser.
