Features & Benefits

  • Instantly search your statements (as far back as 1st July 2002) enabling you to quickly and easily find what you are looking for.
  • Convenience of searching your statements by date and time-period.
  • Ability to refine your search by: amount e.g. £35.50, payment type e.g. Direct Debit, and payment detail e.g. British gas or cheque number ‘001127’.
  • Reduce your paperwork by opting to stop postal statements – free copies can be ordered at any time and if you miss the old paper statements you can always choose to receive them again (Personal customers only).
  • To stop postal statements, log onto Internet Banking, select the account you want to stop postal statements on, then click the drop down box at the top of the statement, select “suppress statements” and then click go. 

For further convenience when on the move, you can also sign up for our free Text alerts service and have your weekly balance and up to six last transactions sent directly to your mobile phone.
