Changing your greeting

This page lets you change how you are greeted when you log on to Internet banking.

To do this, select your preferred option and click Confirm.

The four greeting options are:

Tip - Try it - select one of the greeting options and click Confirm to store your new greeting.

Click Back to return to the page you last visited.

Use the options below to tell us how you would like to be greeted when you log on to Internet banking.

This will appear on your Account overview each time you log on.


Please select from the following options:

First Name

First Name and Surname


Title, First Name and Surname

No greeting
