Changing your memorable information

This page lets you change your memorable information.

To do this:

Enter your current memorable information
Enter your new memorable information
Re-enter your new memorable information
Click Change.

Tip - If you would rather leave your memorable information unchanged, click Account overview in the top left corner to return to Your account overview.

Change your memorable information

The Memorable Information you choose must contain between 6 and 15 characters with no spaces and contain both letters and numbers. For example you might choose a memorable holiday destination and year or another memorable event and the date it happened. Alternatively you may combine two pieces of information such as a place name and number. Your Memorable Information must not be the same as your User ID or Password. You should not change your Memorable Information if you are in a public place such as an Internet café.

Your new Memorable Information takes effect immediately.

Any changes you make to your Memorable Information will affect all the Lloyds TSB online services you use.
