In the real system, you would complete this form and post it to the address shown to submit your new address details.

If you have changed your address recently or it is displayed incorrectly, please complete a 'Changes to customer address' form.


Either:

click 'View form', complete on screen and print sign and date post to: Lloyds TSB, Box 1, BX1 1LT



Alternatively:

click 'Request form' and we will forward the form by post to your current home address
