Text alerts setup service

This screen enables you to set up text alerts

To set up text alerts:

Enter in the mobile number and network of the phone you wish alerts to go to.
Select the time slot you wish to receive the alerts in.
Indicate if you want to receive marketing messages to your phone.
Select which accounts you want alerts for and when you want the alerts
Click Register

Tip - Try setting up alerts for an account.

Set up your Balance Advice

Please select the account(s) you�d like to receive Balance Advice for. Then tell us which day (Monday to Friday only), then click 'register' below. Please note if you hold a personal account the "How Often" drop down box will default to weekly. If you have selected your business account you have the option to choose daily or weekly.

Set up your Limit Alerts

Please select the account(s) you’d like to receive Limit Alerts for. This service costs £2.50 a month or part month for each account, although if you have a Premier account or are a Private Banking customer the service is free.
