Important changes to your credit card terms and conditions

Applicable from 1 November 2009

We are making some changes to your credit card conditions to bring them up to date with new UK and European rules on making and receiving payments. We’ve also taken the opportunity to update the information on how we deal with your personal data, and to make sure your conditions are as clear and transparent as possible. The changes will be effective from 1 November 2009.
