Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the Internet Banking £60 cashback offer.

  1. Subject to these terms and conditions, we will give you £60 cashback if you take out a combined buildings and contents Home Options policy (a 'Policy') as a direct result of a quotation obtained between 16 December 2011 and 30 June 2012 inclusive. Both the Policy and quotation must be obtained via Lloyds TSB Internet Banking, which can be accessed through our website at www.lloydstsb.com.
  2. You must hold your Policy for at least 60 days from its start date.
  3. Only one £60 cashback is available per household.
  4. If you pay your premium by monthly Direct Debit, we will pay the cashback into the bank account from where your payments originate. If you pay by any other method, we will send you a cheque for £60. In both cases the cashback will be issued 60 days after the Policy start date. Please allow a further 28 days for delivery of the cheque.
  5. Where payment is made by way of cheque, it will be payable to the first named policyholder.
  6. If you cancel either your buildings or contents cover or your Policy as a whole within 60 days of its start date the £60 cashback will not be payable. If we cancel your Policy, you will not be entitled to receive the cashback.
  7. Optional cover such as Home Emergency Cover can be added to or removed without affecting your eligibility to receive the £60 cashback.
  8. Please print off these terms and conditions and keep them with your Policy Booklet for future reference.
  9. We may withdraw this offer at any time. If the offer is withdrawn, where a quotation for a Policy was obtained before the withdrawal of the offer, the offer will apply to a Policy issued as a direct result of that quotation.
