  The Plus policy provides up to £3,000 towards necessary treatment each year.

Q. What is policy excess?
A. Policy excess is the part of claim that you agree to pay - we cover you for the remaining eligible amount.

Q. What is voluntary excess?
A. When taking out an insurance policy you may obtain a discount on the premium if you agree to pay towards the cost of any claim. On pet insurance the voluntary excess is £120 for cats and £140 for dogs.

If you opt for our voluntary excess you will receive a discount on your premium.

Q. How do I know if I’m covered?
A. The claims advisors are fully trained and have an excellent knowledge of the policy cover you have arranged. Wherever possible, please contact us before incurring any costs you may wish to claim for.

Q. Is immediate cover available?
A. If you buy your policy online or over the phone immediate cover is available for claims unrelated to illness.

We will not pay any claim for or in connection with any illness or disease arising during the first 10 days of your pet being covered.
