Simply log on to Internet Banking and select 'Bill manager' from the Options drop down list on the Account Overview screen and click 'Go'.

Internet Banking is free and gives you a great way of accessing your accounts when it's convenient for you. It's simple to register and from there you can register for Bill manager.
