Follow the instructions below and we’ll send you a message back to let you know we’ve received it.
You should receive your PIN to your home address within four working days. If you haven’t received anything from us within that time, please call Card Services on 0845 606 2172 (+44 1702 278 272 if overseas).
If you change your PIN on one of your Airmiles Duo cards, the change will not automatically apply to the other. You will need to change the second card in exactly the same way.
Calls may be monitored and recorded in case we need to check we have carried out your instructions correctly and to help us improve our quality of service.
