Personal Banking Terms and Conditions that come into force after 14 August 2013, for customers staying with Lloyds TSB.
Lloyds Banking Group is preparing part of its business to form a new UK bank. We are making good progress in setting up this bank, which will be called TSB Bank plc. TSB will become a separate bank within Lloyds Banking Group and the Lloyds TSB name will change to Lloyds Bank, which will remain separate from TSB until TSB transfers to new ownership. The terms and conditions for current accounts, savings accounts and credit cards for Lloyds TSB customers will change.
