Sentinel® Card Protection

Sentinel® Card Protection is a trading name of Cims Limited whose registered Office is at Wexham Springs, Framewood Road, Wexham SL3 6PH. (Registered in England No. 1008797. Data Protection Registration No. K3549236.)

The Sentinel® Card Services Policy is underwritten by Allianz Cornhill Insurance plc, 57 Ladymead, Guildford, Surrey, GU1 1DB, (Registered in England No. 84630). The policy has certain conditions which are fully explained in the policy schedule. Any loss or damage caused by any sort of war, invasion or revolution is excluded. Any card must only be used in the way authorised by the card issuer. The cardholder must notify us within 24 hours of discovering the loss. A full copy of the Policy explaining the complaints procedure and which applying English law, (which does not affect your legal rights) is available by calling 0800 414 717.

Cims has undertaken to comply with the Association of British Insurer’s Code of Practice for Selling of General Insurance (“the Code”). Pursuant to the Code Cims is designated as a company agent, for which the insurance companies it represents accept responsibility. A copy of the Code is available on request.

In the unlikely event of a dispute occurring under the insurance, please write with details of your complaint to the Customer Service Manager at: SCP, Sentinel House, Airspeed Road, Portsmouth, Hampshire PO3 5RF. If this does not resolve your complaint, please write with details of your insurance complaint to: The Customer Satisfaction Manager, Allianz Cornhill Insurance PLC, Cornhill House, 6 Vale Avenue, Tonbridge Wells, Kent TN1 1EH. Using the complaints procedure does not affect your right to take legal action against us.
