Main features and benefits

  • During the fixed-rate period your payments stay the same so they’re easier to manage.
  • Even during the Early Repayment Charge period you can repay up to 10% of the balance each year without a charge.
  • No higher lending charge.
  • Available for borrowing between £5,000 and £500,000, whether you’re buying a property, or just moving your mortgage from another lender (remortgaging). Also available to existing C&G or Lloyds TSB mortgage customers borrowing more or switching deals.

Please note that these deals can be withdrawn at any time. A deal is not secured until we have received your completed paper application form.
