Reviewing your mortgage

There are a number of things that you can request to manage your mortgage online. However if the options below do not help you, please visit your local branch, or call us to talk about your mortgage.

You’ll need to quote your mortgage account number whenever you have a mortgage query. This can be found on your mortgage statement or other mortgage related letters.

When using the self-service forms please select ‘Mortgages’ as your query and then choose from the following options:

Know my mortgage balance
To get an update on your mortgage balance, complete your details and we’ll call you back.

Request a redemption statement
If you’re thinking of paying off your mortgage and would like to know how much you owe, complete your details and we can provide you with a redemption statement. This will also show any Early Repayment Charge and Closing Administration Charge that may be payable.

Order a copy of my last annual mortgage statement
A charge is made for each duplicate statement provided. View our current service charges.

Order a certificate of interest
A charge is made for each year’s interest certificate provided. View our current service charges.

Change my repayment type
A charge is made for changing your mortgage repayment type from a repayment basis to an interest only basis or vice-versa. View our current service charges.

Request a payment holiday

Make a payment to my mortgage
