Review your mortgage

After your mortgage has started, it's important to be able to adapt to your changing circumstances.

You’ll need to quote your mortgage account number whenever you have a mortgage query. This can be found on your mortgage statement or other mortgage related letters.

When using the self-service forms please select ‘Mortgages’ first and then choose your request.

Request a redemption statement
If you’re thinking of paying off your mortgage and would like to know how much you owe, complete your details and we can provide you with a redemption statement. This will also show any early repayment charge and Closing Administration Charge that may be payable.

Order a duplicate annual mortgage statement
Complete your details and order a copy of your last annual statement.

Change from an interest-only to a repayment mortgage
If your existing mortgage is on an interest-only, you can ask to change it to a repayment at any time. If you’d like to go ahead, please complete your details using our self-service form Select ‘Mortgages’ and ‘Change from interest only to repayment mortgage’ as your query and we’ll call you back.

Change from a repayment mortgage to an interest-only mortgage
If you are considering changing your payment method from repayment to interest-only, you will be required to provide evidence of your repayment plan. See our list of acceptable repayment plans.

Request a payment break
It may be possible to request a payment holiday from your mortgage. If you’d like to know more see further information about payment flexibility.

Making changes to your mortgage account
For other changes to your mortgage account, such as changing the length of your mortgage term, renting out your property, or changing your direct debit, send your request and we’ll call you back to confirm your details. A charge may be payable for some services. View our current service charges.
