There are a number of things that you can request to manage your mortgage online. However if the options below do not help you, please visit your local branch, or call us to talk about your mortgage.
You’ll need to quote your mortgage account number whenever you have a mortgage query. This can be found on your mortgage statement or other mortgage related letters.
When using the self-service forms please select ‘Mortgages’ as your query and then choose from the following options:
Know my mortgage balance
To get an update on your mortgage balance, complete your details and we’ll call you back.

Request a redemption statement
If you’re thinking of paying off your mortgage and would like to know how much you owe, complete your details and we can provide you with a redemption statement. This will also show any Early Repayment Charge and Closing Administration Charge that may be payable.

Order a duplicate annual mortgage statement
A charge is made for each duplicate statement provided. View our current service charges.

Change from an interest-only to a repayment mortgage
If your existing mortgage is on an interest-only basis, you can ask to change it to a repayment basis at any time. There will be a charge for making this change. View our current service charges. Change from a repayment to an interest-only mortgage
If your existing mortgage is set up on a repayment basis, you can normally only switch to interest only if your mortgage totals 75% or less of your property’s value. However, if you are ever facing financial difficulties and, as a way of temporarily reducing your mortgage payments, you want to discuss just paying the interest each month for a while on a mortgage that totals more than 75%, please get in touch. Request a payment break
There are two options if you want to take a break from paying your mortgage – a payment holiday and an instalment break. If you’d like to know more see further information about payment flexibility.
