  •  AA Breakdown Cover, providing breakdown assistance 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Also includes Roadside Assistance, Home Start, Relay and Stay Mobile.
  • Sentinel® Card Protection - Help, if your credit, debit or store cards are lost or stolen. One membership covers everyone in your household.
    For Private Banking Accounts opened from the 24th March 2012, Sentinel® Card Protection does not provide cover against the unauthorised and fraudulent use of cards.
    But don’t worry, if you are the victim of card fraud you should be covered by the bank who issued your card. Your level of fraud cover may differ between card issuers. So if you’re in doubt, contact your card issuer directly. All of the other Sentinel® Card Protection benefits will remain the same.
  • Mobile phone insurance. Your mobile phone is covered in the UK and abroad, once registered, for loss, theft, accidental and malicious damage, water/liquid damage, electrical or mechanical breakdown and airtime abuse. Repair or replacement will be arranged upon return to the UK.
  • Save What Matters - The service works by backing up telephone numbers, contact details, photos, music and videos from your phone onto a secure database.
  • ID Aware helps you manage and monitor your credit profile and spot the early warning signs of identity theft.
  • Mobile Banking is included at no additional cost, which allows you to access your accounts on your phone and receive Text Alerts to keep you up to date with your finances.
