Internet banking ordering and delivery information

• The minimum order amount is £100.
• Orders confirmed before 3.15pm Monday - Friday will be delivered by noon the next working day (Monday if ordered on Friday).
• Orders confirmed after 3.15pm on a working day, or orders on a day that is not a working day (e.g. Saturday/Sunday and Bank Holidays) will be available on the second working day from the date of order i.e. if ordered on Saturday, it will be available on Tuesday.
• Orders for delivery to a Lloyds TSB branch can be collected after 12pm.
• Orders placed are currently commission free, there is a £4.50 delivery charge for home deliveries, but delivery to a Lloyds TSB branch is free.
• You may place multiple orders using your current account to pay for your purchase providing each one does not exceed the maximum sterling value of £3,000. The total value of each order must be at least £100.
• The service is available 4am to midnight, seven days a week.

Debit and credit card ordering and delivery information

• You can order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Orders confirmed before 3pm Monday - Friday will be delivered by noon the next working day (Monday if ordered on Friday).
• Orders confirmed after 3pm on a working day, or orders on a day that is not a working day (e.g. Saturday/Sunday and Bank Holidays) will be available on the second working day from the date of order i.e. if ordered on Saturday, it will be available on Tuesday.
• Orders are currently commission free, there is a £4.50 delivery charge for home deliveries, but delivery to a Lloyds TSB branch is free.
• Orders for delivery to a Lloyds TSB branch can be collected after 12pm.
• The minimum order value is £150.
• You may use the service as many times as you like providing each order does not exceed the maximum sterling value of £1,500.
• Some issuers may charge a cash handling fee for credit/debit card transactions, please refer to your card conditions for details.

Holiday Money Hotline

• Commission free sale and purchase of currency and traveller's cheques for a limited period only*.
• £4.50 postage fee for orders delivered to your home address (branch delivery is free).
• There is no cash advance fee for Lloyds TSB credit card purchases through the Holiday Money Hotline (the charge is 2% if you purchase from another company).

*If you are a Lloyds TSB credit card holder you will not be charged commission
