Please ensure that ALL of the above apply to an email to confirm it is a genuine Lloyds TSB email. If you suspect you’ve received a fraudulent email, please forward it to us for investigation at emailscams@lloydstsb.co.uk and then delete it from your inbox without responding.

If you need to update your email details or want to start receiving email service and security information updates, please log on to Internet Banking, select ‘Personal details’ from the left-hand menu, enter your email address in the box provided and click on ‘Change’. Your details will be updated immediately.
If you’d like to receive emails about other products and services we think you might be interested in from time to time, please log on to Internet Banking, select ‘Personal details’ from the left-hand menu, select ‘Yes’ under ‘E-mail marketing consent’ and click on ‘Change’.
