Contact us to report suspected online fraud

We guarantee to refund your money in the unlikely event you experience fraud with our Internet Banking service – as long as you’ve been careful, for example, by taking reasonable steps to keep your security information safe.

However:

  • If you suspect that any of your Lloyds TSB accounts have been accessed online by someone other than yourself, contact us immediately on 0845 3000 116 (or +44 20 7649 9437 from overseas)*.
  • If you have a hearing or speech impairment, please call TEXTPHONE  0845 300 2280 (or +44 141 618 9344 from overseas)*.
  • If you are an offshore customer, please call 0870 514 7789 (or +44 16 2468 0709 from overseas). If you are an offshore textphone user call 016 2468 0719 or +44 16 2468 0719 from overseas**.
