As well as letting you withdraw cash, our Cashpoint machines give you access to a range of other services, all free of charge.
The simpler services that are used frequently (such as taking out money, checking your balance and printing mini-statements) are available at our ‘Cash&Dash’ machines.
You can easily tell the two apart – our ‘Cash&Dash’ machines carry the ‘Cash&Dash’ logo.

Many of our Cashpoint machines now feature easy-to-read screens you can use in bright sunlight. We’re also improving the experience by moving from black and green, text-based screens to full colour graphics. - Top-up a mobile phone
Instead of buying a top-up card, you can now top up your pay-as-you-go mobile phone from over 4,000 of our Cashpoints. Just push the ‘mobile phone top-up’ button and follow the simple instructions. You can even top-up someone else’s mobile phone, providing you know their number and network provider. - Print a full statement
You can now get hold of your statement whenever you need it, instead of waiting for your next monthly one in the post. Our Cashpoint machines can print out a full statement, showing all your recent account transactions. However, you should keep hold of the printout, as these transactions won’t appear on your next postal statement. - Pay bills
You can pay your bills at a Cashpoint. To do this, just set up a list of the companies you want to pay, either through Internet Banking or calling Phonebank® on 0845 3 000 000, or by asking a member of our staff. Once you’ve done this, just follow the ‘Pay Bills’ instructions on screen. - Transfer funds
You can move money easily between your Lloyds TSB personal accounts at a Cashpoint. To set up this service, please contact your branch. - Manage your PIN
If you think someone knows your PIN – or if you want a more memorable number – it’s easy to change it at a Cashpoint. - Print a mini statement
A really quick way to see your seven most recent account transactions. - Make a deposit
Now you don’t have to queue at the counter to pay money into your account. To deposit cash and cheques just key in the total amount, place your deposit in the envelope provided and feed it into the machine. Your account will be credited immediately as uncleared funds. If you’ve paid in cash, it will be available in one working day. Cheques become cleared funds in four working days.
