With Lloyds TSB, you have access to our nationwide network of Cashpoint® machines, and you can do far more than withdraw cash while you’re there. At many of our machines you can enjoy a complete range of services and, unlike some other UK cash machine providers, we offer them for free.

What can you do at a Lloyds TSB Cashpoint® machine?

You can top-up your pay-as-you-go mobile phone at more than 4,200 of our Cashpoint® machines in 3 easy steps:
- Push the mobile phone top-up button from the main menu.
- Choose your network provider and the amount you’d like to add.
- Enter and confirm your mobile number.
That’s it – your phone will be topped-up within minutes, and your bank account debited in the same way as a cash withdrawal.
You don’t need a top-up card and you can also buy talk time for your family and friends if you know their mobile number and network provider.
- Print a mini-statement
A really quick way to see your seven most recent account transactions. - Manage your PIN
If you like, you can change your PIN to a more memorable number.

- Print a full statement
Why wait for your monthly statement to arrive when you can print a full statement at a Cashpoint® – just make sure you keep hold of the printout, as these transactions won’t appear on your next postal statement. - Pay bills
You can pay companies or people. Set up your list via your local branch, through Internet Banking or by calling PhoneBank® on 0845 3 000 000*. From then on, you just need to follow the ‘Pay Bills’ instructions on screen. - Transfer funds
You can move money easily between your Lloyds TSB personal accounts. To set up this service, please contact your branch. - Make a deposit
There’s no need to worry about opening times or queuing at the counter. Enter the amount you’d like to deposit on the screen, put your cash or cheques in the envelope provided, and feed it into the machine.
