Lloyds TSB Cashpoint® machines are simply more useful


We’ve helped make managing your money easier than ever, with a complete range of additional services available at our Cashpoint® machines.

After you’ve entered your PIN, in addition to our usual services, you can select three other options:

 

Full statements
You can now print out a full bank statement from a Lloyds TSB Cashpoint® machine.

Step 1
When you select the ‘Full statement’ option, you’ll go straight to a screen displaying the message: ‘We are unable to send another statement showing these transactions.’ You’ll then be asked whether you want to continue, and given the options ‘Yes’ and ‘No’. This is just a reminder that we won’t post you a copy of any statements you print from a Cashpoint® machine.
Step 2
If you select ‘Yes’ you’ll then be asked another question before your statement is printed: ‘Would you like another service after we print your full statement?’ Again, you’ll have the option to answer ‘Yes’ or ‘No’.
Step 3
The machine will then print your statement – remember to keep it safe!


Mobile phone top-up

We now offer you a simple way to top up a mobile phone – whether it’s for yourself, a friend or someone in your family. Just select the top-up option then follow these steps:

Step 1
Choose your network – we offer top-ups for O2, Vodaphone, T-Mobile, Orange, Virgin and Tesco.
Step 2
We’ll then ask you to select the value of your top-up: £10, £15, £20, £30, £40, and £50.
Step 3
Enter the number of the mobile that you’re topping-up.
Step 4
For added security, we’ll ask you to confirm the mobile phone number by entering it again. You’ll also see the message: ‘Please note that refunds cannot be given for this transaction’.
Step 5
We’ll credit the mobile phone number you topped-up and issue you with a receipt.

Other services

When you select this option you’ll discover that we’ve introduced even more ways to make banking with us easier.

As well as our existing services – including making a deposit, ordering statements and cheque books and changing your PIN – you’ll see two further options: Bill payment and Funds transfer.


Bill payment

You can pay your bills quickly and simply at one of our Cashpoint® machines. Just follow these steps:
Step 1
Your bills will be displayed in a numbered list – choose the one you want to pay by selecting its number on the keypad.
Step 2
For added security, we’ll ask you to check the details are correct. If you want to change the amount and date, follow the prompts on the screen. If you do make changes we’ll ask you to confirm your updated payment instructions. You can then double-check all the details and press ‘Yes’ to make your payment.
Step 3
We’ll confirm your payment and give you the option to choose another service.

Funds transfer

This convenient service lets you move money between your accounts in four easy steps.
Step 1
Your accounts (shown in 12 digit format) will be displayed in a numbered list – choose the one you want to transfer money from by selecting its number on the keypad.
Step 2
Next, choose the account you’d like to transfer money to – again by selecting its number on the keypad.
Step 3
Simply type in the amount you’d like to transfer, in pounds and pence, and select ‘ENTER’ on the keypad to continue.
Step 4
Double-check all your transfer details – if you’re happy then select ‘Yes’ to complete the transfer.
Step 5
We’ll confirm your transfer has been accepted and give you the option to choose another service.
