Access your money at over 17,000 Post Office branches in England, Wales and Scotland. It’s convenient if you’re not near a Lloyds TSB branch – and it’s completely free.

You can:

withdraw money or check your balance using your debit card and PIN or, for Basic Bank account customers, your Cashpoint® card and PIN,
cash a cheque using your cheque guarantee card,
pay cheques and cash into your Lloyds TSB personal current account.

How do I use the service?
You’ll need:

your debit card and PIN,
your Cashpoint® card and PIN (if you’re a Basic Bank account customer),
a cheque book and cheque guarantee card,
a personalised paying-in slip to pay in cash or cheques (a separate slip is required for each type of deposit),
a Post Office service deposit envelope for cheque deposits (cash should be handed direct to the cashier with your completed deposit slip). You can get these envelopes by calling 0800 056 2951.
