You can call PhoneBank on 0845 3 000 000 and speak to our advisors or use our quick automated service, 24 hours a day 7 days a week. So whether you have a quick question or a complex transaction, from ordering a statement, to checking your latest transactions or paying a bill you’ll get a fast answer.

You can order a cheque or paying-in book, as well as a replacement credit card PIN by text from your mobile. It’s faster and easier than going into a branch or sending your request by post, plus it won’t cost you any more than your usual charge for sending a text message.

You can also sign up to receive free mobile text alerts - weekly updates on your current account balance and up to six last transactions.

Cashpoint machines
We have over 4000 cash machines throughout the UK. As well as making cash withdrawals, you can access a variety of other services at many of our Cashpoint machines, all free of charge.

Branches
You have access to one of the biggest banking networks in the UK with close to 1,900 branches. Post Office banking
Access your accounts from any of the 17,000 Post Office branches in England, Wales and Scotland. This free service lets you cash money, check balances, cash cheques and make deposits.

Paying cheques into your account by post
You can pay cheques into your account by posting them to Lloyds TSB Bank plc, BX1 1LT with a completed Bank Giro Credit slip. You’ll find these slips in your cheque book or paying-in book. For your security, please don’t send us cash by post. Please note that we are not responsible if we do not get the payment, so we recommend that you keep a note of what you’ve sent to us in case of any subsequent queries.
